Flow Process

Warm-Up and Centering

Begin in a comfortable seated position, cross-legged or kneeling. Close your eyes and focus on your breath, taking deep inhales and exhales. Gradually start moving with gentle neck rolls, shoulder shrugs, and side stretches to loosen up.

Dynamic Flow Sequence

Transition into a series of dynamic poses linked together with breath. Start with Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) or a similar sequence to warm up the entire body. Flow through a sequence of poses like Downward Dog, Warrior Poses, Plank, Cobra, and Child’s Pose, moving fluidly from one to the next.

Cool Down and Relaxation

Gradually slow down the pace of movements. Finish with cooling poses such as seated forward bends, twists, and gentle stretches. Lie down in Corpse Pose (Shavasana) for at least 5 minutes, focusing on relaxation and deep breathing. Close your practice with a moment of gratitude or reflection.
